Earl Minter, spouse of Rev. Carole Minter, passed away on March 4. Carole served in pastoral roles at Tulsa-University and Fairland between 1997 and 2013; she retired in 2008. A service for Earl was held on March 12 at Tulsa-University.

Rev. Gled Millard passed away on March 15 at 88 years old. Millard pastored churches in the Oklahoma Conference between 1953 and 1985, including McAlester-Christ, Sasakwa, Cromwell, Chickasha-Christ, OKC-First, Elmore City, Highland, Fort Cobb, Manchester, Wakita, Madill, Elk City and Muskogee-St. Paul. He then served as the Professor of Religion at Oklahoma City University between 1995 and 2001 when he retired. Among his survivors are his wife Mary and their two children. A service was held on April 5 at OKC-St. Luke’s.

Lorraine Marie Lawrence passed away on March 22. She was the widow of Rev. Vernon Lawrence, who pastored 14 churches in the Oklahoma Conference between 1974 and 2005. A memorial service was held on April 1 at First UMC in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
