First Americans Museum seeks volunteers for opening day

The First Americans Museum is recruiting volunteers to help with their grand opening events on Sept. 18 and 19.
Volunteer shifts for grand opening activities will likely be held in three- to four-hour periods. Several opportunities are available, with assistance for offsite parking, giving visitors directions, and driving golf carts among the more urgent needs.
Signing up to assist with the grand opening is open to volunteers ages 16 and older. Youth ages 13 to 15 may also volunteer if they are accompanied by an adult who has also submitted a volunteer application. All youth volunteers must have a parent or guardian fill out a youth-specific volunteer form.
Applications are also being taken for longer-term volunteers, including in areas of administration, engagement, hospitality, information and the FAMstore.
