HENRY — Rev. William R. “Bill” Henry, 87, of Fort Worth, Texas, a former superintendent of four districts, died Aug. 27, 2016. He was ordained in 1953 and served Colbert/Calera, Ponca City-Asbury, OKC-Mayfair, Tahlequah, OKC-Village, and Stillwater-First. He was superintendent of the North Oklahoma City, McAlester, Stillwater, and Clinton Districts, and was vice president of church relations at Oklahoma City University. After retirement he served OKC-Crown Heights and OKC-Chapel Hill. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; a daughter, Karen Kay Utecht, and a son, Dirk Alan Henry. Inurnment is planned later at OKC-St. Luke’s Columbarium.
