CJAMM welcomes new site director

Criminal Justice and Mercy Ministries (CJAMM) has announced David Reffner as new site director and case manager for Exodus House Tulsa and The Parsonage House in Tulsa.
Reffner has trained at Exodus House Oklahoma City with Robin Wertz for several months interviewing clients, interfacing with the court systems, working with prospective employers and apartment complexes, and more tasks vital to the work of Exodus House. Executive Director Keith Dobbs believes that Reffner’s own recovery journey that has kept him sober for three years will help him relate to the clients CJAMM serves.
“David has a reputation for tackling challenging situations with love, fairness, and an unintimidating spirit,” Dobbs said. “He understands the components of the program and will work to make sure each client gets the full benefit of working the program.”
Reffner, who grew up in Costa Rica, is fluent in Spanish and will be able to connect with clients whose first language is Spanish. He is a photographer, videographer, and podcaster. Reffner will live on site at Exodus House Tulsa.
“He models Christ’s compassion and love,” Dobbs said. “Follow him on social media, you’ll be inspired by his posts.”
