Campus minister Cecelia Brooks baptizes Samantha Jay at the Wesley Foundation for Langston University. Assisting are Ed Long of Stillwater-First UMC and Wesley intern Adrian Williams. Rev. Brooks said Jay’s was the first baptism of this semester at the United Methodist campus ministry.
