Annual Conference Registration Deadline May 8
The deadline to register for the May session of annual conference is Monday, May 8. Please take time to review the registration form and get registered before the deadline. There are no “late” registration options for annual conference so if you plan to attend, please register now.
Registration for childcare has been extended to May 8.
There will be a Pre-Conference Briefing at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, via ZOOM webinar. You will be able to ask questions but you will not need a camera for the meeting. You can simply click on this link to join the webinar. The link can also be found at our annual conference information hub. The meeting will cover voting information related to the General and Jurisdictional Conference fill-in elections as well as other pertinent information to help you prepare for the conference.
During the conference, we will vote for two clergy and nine lay delegates for the General and Jurisdictional conferences.

Note: For the sake of our conference staff, please be sure to register before the deadline. This applies to all voting members, both clergy and laity. Each late registration adds to the workload of our valued data management staff, so we want to be mindful of them.
