Sherre Dotson of Verden died Feb. 16, 2014. She was the wife of Rev. Robert Edward Dotson, retired.

Sherre was born April 4, 1950, in Oklahoma City. In the 1970s, she was employed at Tulsa-Boston Avenue UMC.

She and Bob married on Dec. 14, 2002. She participated in the Oklahoma United Methodist Environmental Coalition. After Bob retired, the Dotsons became active at Chickasha-Epworth UMC.

Memorial services were Feb. 20 at the Chickasha church and Feb. 22 at Boston Avenue. Memorials to: UMCOR.

Pauline June Ogle Hill of Cookson died Feb. 13, 2014. She was the widow of Rev. Robert Harvey Hill.

She was born July 10, 1923, in Boynton. Pauline and Robert married on June 14, 1946, in Sand Springs. She served beside him as a church musician and during ministry in Bolivia and Saudi Arabia.

Among survivors are children David Hill, Kathye Osborne, and Martha Carter; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Service was March 8 at Gore UMC. Memorials to: Gore and Vian United Methodist Churches.

Jeannette Morris of Dallas died Feb. 22. She was the mother of Rev. Patricia Johnson, associate pastor at St. Mark’s UMC, Bethany.
