 Capron’s pastor, Clark Struebing, left, also serves as a reserve officer in the Woodward Police Department. A lawman since 1958, he drives 78 miles one-way to serve the Capron church, which already paid in full its 2013 Apportionments. District Superintendent David Burris said Capron is growing under Struebing’s leadership. "We try to do our best," said Struebing. "When you put God first, many things happen. I’m too young to retire." |
