Nominations open for Milhouse Award

The OCU University Church Relations office is seeking nominations for the 2012 Bishop Paul W. Milhouse Award. Deadline to submit a nomination is Oct. 1.

Established in 1982, this award recognizes United Methodist laypeople who express their faith in concrete ways and demonstrate outstanding leadership in the community, local church, and the annual conference. They also advocate to strengthen the partnership between OCU and the Church.

This award is presented annually at the University Church Relations Christmas dinner, which honors people who, through their gifts of time, money, and encouragement, have increased the ministry of OCU in the local church
