Summer Camp News
Three Simple Rules" will open the summer season at Oklahoma’s three camping facilities. Brand-new camps are planned this year, as well as new scheduling for some camps. The overall theme is Recreation in God’s World. Leaders and staff seek to create spiritual experiences—re-creation—amid natural settings. This purpose is indicated by some camp titles; see below. Programming is designed for various ages, from kindergarteners to older adults, and for varied groups, from grandparents with their grandkids to single-parent families.
Find details about all the programs in the booklet Summer Camps 2012 or online at www.okumc.org/camp. Some programs are scheduled at all three camping facilities, and some at only one.
