2nd Annual Lenten 40-Hour Fast When: March 19-25 Who: Oklahoman and Bolivian Methodists, covenanted in ministry Where: In Bolivia, more than 1,000 Methodists will gather on a mountaintop and beside a lake. In Oklahoma, each participant designates a time during that week and is encouraged to seek financial support for the time spent fasting. Watch worship services live online Saturday night and Sunday morning (March 24 and 25), with sermons by Bishop Hayes of Oklahoma and Bishop Rojas of Bolivia. Why: To grow spiritually, display solidarity, and support the Bolivian Pastors Endowment Fund, with the Oklahoma United Methodist Foundation.
