 View from the top—With a big lift from the Oklahoma City Fire Department, repair needs are assessed Sept. 17 for the wind-damaged bell tower of Skyline Urban Ministry’s worship site/eye clinic on Eighth Street. Skyline trustee Jim Barnett thanked Deputy Fire Chief Marc Woodard for the community service and other volunteers, including engineers and roofers.
