JONES – Jordyn Brynn Jones was born May 17, 2015. She is the daughter of Jennifer and Rev. Jeremy Jones, pastor at Warner UMC.
BLACKSTEN — Elizabeth "Elsie" Lila Blacksten was born May 9, 2015. She is the daughter of Courtney and Rev. Brandon Blacksten, pastor at Hydro UMC.

FORSMAN — Rev. Dr. Donald Lee Forsman, 89, of Tulsa, died April 30, 2015.
Don served 50 years as a pastor and district superintendent. In Oklahoma he pastored Tulsa-Lake Station, Caddo, Atoka, Wetumka, and Cherokee (1948-1962); he then transferred to New Mexico. In retirement, he served Tulsa-Trinity.
Among survivors are his wife, Ruby, and sons Mike and Ron.
Service was May 4 at Tulsa-Boston Avenue UMC. Memorial gifts to: Boston Avenue UMC Mission Fund.
