GROW is designed to assist church leadership teams to think about discipleship systems, in their setting, in a holistic way – from children to youth to older adults, worship and stewardship. A keynote address by a renowned leader and author in keeping young adults connected to their faith will set the tone for the day.  Workshops will focus on specific age-levels as well as important activities in the life of the church, including confirmation.  Workshop presenters will come from Discipleship Ministries and are leading experts in their respective areas of work.
