Conference Scholarship Endowment
The Conference Seminary Scholarship Endowment was created as a way to support individuals who are attending Seminary.
Giving to this endowment is one way of showing that we honor our clergy and care about the future of the Oklahoma United Methodist Church.
Call to Ministry Sunday is a special time to invite youth and others to respond to the invitation to consider the ordained ministry of deacons and elders.
How do I give a donation to the Conference Scholarship Endowment?
A special offering taken in your church on "Call to Ministry" Sunday (or another time). Or individuals may send a donation to:

Churches may send it along with apportionments and other gifts, by writing "Seminary Scholarship" on line 499 of the Contribution Form and mail it according to the instructions on the form.
Anytime, an individual may give a designated gift to their church to the "Seminary Scholarship" or send the gift to the Conference Treasurer office with a notation "Seminary Scholarship."
How are the Conference Scholarship Endowment used?
Funds from this endowment will go toward scholarships for individuals who have decided on ordained ministry as a calling. For more information on how to apply for this scholarship contact the Recruitment and Nurture Director.
