Presenter: Rev. Vance P. Ross, deputy general secretary–General Board of Discipleship (GBOD) Rev. Vance P. Ross is the first ever deputy general secretary for Connectional Relations and Strategic Initiatives for the GBOD. In this role, he builds relationships with key United Methodist leaders for effective communication and ministry development across the denomination.
