The Congregational Development Department is a resource for local churches in their growth development, in facilitating new church starts, and providing resources and programs.

The department stands ready to provide research information on demographics, lifestyle concerns, emerging cultural conditions, and potential new church starts, relocations, and mergers for local churches as they develop their strategic plans. 

Our programming remains free of charge to all churches in the Oklahoma Conference.
