Investing in leadership Through apportionment funds, we are investing in the leadership of the Oklahoma Conference. At the New Church Leadership Institute, our promising pastors are able to better discern their potential as a new church planter and gives them resources and knowledge that benefit even the communities they currently serve. To date, we have seventeen graduates of this program.
