All youth ministers, youth workers, and volunteers are invited to a day of fellowship, training, and fun at YOUR United Methodist university. The event will gather at OCU Meinder’s School of Business, Gardner Conference Room, N.W. 27th and McKinley

This event, sponsored by OCU’s Office of Admission in coordination with the Oklahoma Conference Office of Youth Ministries, welcomes you to learn how OCU supports ministry to Oklahoma’s United Methodist young people.

The day features a presentation by Sharon Betsworth, professor of New Testament and director of the Wimberly School of Religion; information on admissions, scholarships, and degree programs; a roundtable discussion; and campus tour. Lunch is provided.

An evening event is also offered. Author Da Chen’s presentation of his book "Sounds of the River" will be held at 7 p.m. More information about him and the OCU Reads program can be found at www.okcu.edu/students/ocureads.aspx.
