The Conference Council on Youth Ministry (CCYM) hopes to again earn national accolades for giving to the Youth Service Fund (YSF).

The council’s primary fund-raiser, St. Yootz Day at Frontier City, is set this year for Aug. 15 at the amusement park in Oklahoma City. In 2008, St. Yootz Day raised more than $11,200.

Families and friends of all ages are welcome to spend the day at the park. Activities include an all-you-can-eat lunch and evening concert by Christian musicians Brandon Heath and Family Force 5.

Through CCYM’s efforts, Oklahoma Conference was honored as a Top 10 Youth Service Fund Conference for total dollars raised in both 2006 and 2007.
