Youth council goes to camp |

Get-acquainted games and Bible study provide balance at the yearly training event of the Conference Council on Youth Ministry. The council includes two youth members from each district, plus youths chosen at-large and adult leaders. Adam Hull of Oklahoma City and Adam Brinson of Fairview are co-chairs. Canyon Camp hosted the training on Feb. 21-22. Speaker was Charles Harrison of Youth Ministry Associates in Richardson, Texas. Camp manager David Combs organized the games. The group engaged in vision planning and prepared to lead the 2009 youth retreat "Being Just in an Unjust World."
