Billing Process
The process in the way we bill local churches has changed. We will no longer be sending monthly coupons to tear off and send in.
Pension and Health Insurance Benefits will be combined on the same statement and will be due on the 1st of the month. This will allow for an accurate snapshot of your account, allowing for over payments or missed payments to be reflected.
All charges will be billed one month in advance. For example, statements received in January, with a statement date of 1/15 will be for February.
These improvements will allow you to pay once a month to cover both Pension and Health Insurance charges.
Pension and Health Insurance statements will be emailed monthly to the local church or individual payer. To verify or update your email address, send an email to

ACH payments will still be available and will be made on the 15th of the month.

Every church or individual will have the ability to view, print, and pay their monthly statements online (credit card or check) by clicking on the E-Bill button. (This will replace all Vanco payments.)
